We bought our first place (vacation home) from Michael in 2010. He knew exactly what we were looking for so, when he called us to tell us about it, we put it under contract sight unseen then flew down to look at it. He was spot on and hit a bullseye.
When it came time for us to move down full time from New Hampshire to Key West and needed a larger place, Michael sold our vacation home and found us a super cute Conch house in Old Town. He helped us negotiate a great value, found us a good contractor to do some major renovations & upgrades and even represented us in front of the HARC (Historical Architectural Review Commission). He knows how to get things done in Key West.
